Introduction and Scope

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 99bf online gaming platform ("Platform" or "99bf") and its user ("you" or "Member"). By accessing or using the Platform, you are considered to have agreed to all sections of these Terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at 99bf, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).

• To receive the bonus, your first deposit after registration must be at least ৳500.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.

5.2 VIP Program

The 99bf VIP Program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to higher tiers gradually through regular play. Cashback is credited to the account automatically each week.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

All bonuses and promotions may be changed, suspended or cancelled at any time at the discretion of 99bf. If bonus abuse is suspected, 99bf reserves the right to conduct an investigation and cancel the bonus if necessary.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and balance confiscation:

Account Suspension and Closure

99bf may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Detection of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Member Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance, subject to any applicable wagering requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99bf will not be liable for:

• Losses caused by technical issues, server outages or internet disconnections.
• Delays or errors caused by third parties (such as payment providers).
